Refund Policy

At Zen4 LLC, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return is necessary. Please review our limited refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is not a clearance, custom, special-order, or software product (these are non-refundable).

2. Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us at support@zen4.tech with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Zen4 LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund (minus restocking fee and any original shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Software (digital or physical)

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Custom-configured or special-order products

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts
